About The Position

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator, GM Office that will provide structured coordination and administrative support to the GM Office, enabling more efficient execution of internal operations, cross-department collaboration, and external-facing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, conference room setup, and logistics
  • Support visitor coordination across departments (e.g., scheduling, PPE preparation, site readiness)
  • Assist with cross-functional communication and coordination across teams
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, tracking, and follow ups
  • Support internal events and meetings with logistics and on-site coordination
  • Assist with office and administrative asset tracking and coordination
  • Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
