GadellNet is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Coordination Intern to support our Operations and Coordination teams. This internship is ideal for someone interested in customer service, technology, and learning how IT service operations function in a fast‑paced environment. The Operations Coordination Intern will assist with intake of client requests, quality checking ticket details, and helping users with simple, low‑impact technical issues. This role is designed to build foundational skills in communication, problem‑solving, and technical triage — no prior IT experience required. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm CST.
