The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role involves providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients, assisting in training other staff on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems, and maintaining store presentation standards including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising concepts. The consultant will also participate in loss prevention programs, perform shipment receipt and processing, organize and maintain the stockroom, process transfers, damages, and testers, and ensure safety and tidiness standards are met. Additionally, they will communicate inventory issues, ensure compliance with sampling policies, and participate in inventory control. Designated consultants will be cross-trained in cashier functions.
