The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role involves providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients, assisting in maintaining store presentation standards, and performing various merchandising and operations tasks. Key responsibilities include shipment receipt and processing, stockroom organization, processing transfers, damages, and testers, checking visual elements, ensuring safety and tidiness, communicating inventory issues, ensuring compliance with sampling policies, and participating in inventory control. Designated consultants will also be cross-trained in cashier functions.
