The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role involves providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients, assisting in training on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems, and maintaining store presentation standards. The consultant will also be responsible for merchandising and operations tasks such as shipment receipt and processing, stockroom organization, processing transfers and damages, checking visual elements, and ensuring safety and tidiness. They will communicate inventory issues to management and ensure compliance with sampling policies and inventory control procedures. Designated consultants will be cross-trained in cashier functions.
