About The Position
Uses in-depth market and organizational knowledge to help the organization make timely, effective decisions. Works with leaders to develop and implement market-based, forward-looking, effective strategies. Primary role is to lead strategy development efforts, manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, and evaluate and implement new services or service expansions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Administration or Health Care Administration
- Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration
- At least 10+ years of related experience
- At least 2+ years in a health care setting
- Demonstrate leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with executive management and board members
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office product suite
- Proven ability to use skills and knowledge to create desired results
