Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using project management methodologies. Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) is a global operations function supporting 42 countries across Employee Expense Reimbursement (EER), Payee Operations, Card Administration, and Tax. The Operations Consultant plays a key role in supporting the accurate execution of Employee Expense Reimbursement processes, with a focus on imputable income. This role is responsible for interpreting complex expense activity, applying appropriate imputation decisions, and ensuring accurate tax treatment in alignment with established standards. Decisions in this role directly impact associate taxable income, requiring a high degree of judgment, accountability, and precision. In addition to core responsibilities, the role supports process consistency and improvement by identifying trends, reducing rework, and enhancing clarity for employees and processors. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-risk, low-error environment while managing competing priorities.
