We are hiring motivated new graduates and early career professionals interested in Operations Consulting, with start dates in November 2026 and throughout 2027. This position involves analyzing complex operational and financial data, engaging with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools, and coaching client teams to implement lasting solutions. Responsibilities

  • Work on-site to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line, analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data
  • Prepare client presentations, develop performance measurements and other analytical tools
  • Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach
  • Contribute in 3 important ways: Analysis, Engage with client teams, Implement the solution
  • Work with all levels of a business from the shop floor to the boardroom on a daily basis
  • Own and manage your own initiatives and outcomes
  • Spend time on the front line with a welder, machine operator or technician to fully understand the problems that they face
  • Roll up your sleeves, run trials, and observe the problems first-hand
  • Tackle complex problems, implement change, and ensure improvement is seen on the financial bottom line
