The Operations Consultant within the Enterprise Correspondence Operations organization is responsible for overseeing the process to intake, review requirements, test, and perform production validation of emails delivered through the SEPS application. Lead and manage medium-to-large projects with competing timelines, ensuring effective coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. Oversee and maintain evergreen communication inventories, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with Global Ops Management, FLU teams, and support partners to execute change management routines and deliver a consistent client experience for ECO tools and capabilities. Facilitate governance reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners, and communicate project requirements, expectations, and status updates to leaders at all levels. Complete review of intakes received from the line of business and confirm requirements are complete.
