The Operations Consultant within the Enterprise Correspondence Operations organization is responsible for overseeing the process to intake, review requirements, test, and perform production validation of emails delivered through the SEPS application. This role involves leading and managing medium-to-large projects with competing timelines, ensuring effective coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. The consultant will also oversee and maintain evergreen communication inventories, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Collaboration with Global Ops Management, FLU teams, and support partners is key to executing change management routines and delivering a consistent client experience for ECO tools and capabilities. Additionally, the role requires facilitating governance reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners, and communicating project requirements, expectations, and status updates to leaders at all levels. A critical part of the role is completing the review of intakes received from the line of business and confirming requirements are complete.
