  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to structured work environments or cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or data analysis concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create clear summaries.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive operational or customer information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact between US leadership and international execution teams, while also overseeing the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all operations across every market and service center—including DTFS Mexico operations.
  • Ensure that KPI tracking is consistently applied to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support operational excellence throughout all regions.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end movement of business processes from Canada to the Mexico Service Center, ensuring all "standard operating procedures" (SOPs) are documented and maintained.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between US leadership and international execution teams, including facilitating the migration of ongoing new processes from the US to the Mexico Service Center as needed to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity.
  • Apply a deep understanding of the business lifecycle to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and ensure the Mexico and Canada teams are aligned with NA Regional Goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive data reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance data to identify trends, pinpointing specific areas in Canada or Mexico that require training interventions or process adjustments.
  • Provide clear, data-backed updates to the NA Regional team regarding the health of international operations.
  • Maintain oversight of all Canadian-specific regulations (e.g., PIPEDA , provincial collection laws) to ensure global agents are operating within legal boundaries.
  • Review and validate training materials are well documented. While you are not the primary trainer, you ensure the content and quality of training meet the business's high standards.
  • Perform regular remote and in person audits of process to ensure 100% compliance and alignment.
  • Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end financial services processes.
  • Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
