Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Operations & Communications Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of one of North Alabama’s leading luxury real estate brokerages. Founded by Amanda Howard, a nationally recognized real estate leader with more than two decades of experience and over $2 billion in career sales, our company has built a reputation for professionalism, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service throughout the Huntsville area and beyond. This is not a front desk or entry-level social media role. This position plays a key part in helping our brokerage operate smoothly behind the scenes while supporting leadership, onboarding, internal communication, operational execution, and brand coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Operations, project coordination, executive support, real estate, marketing coordination, or office management experience preferred
  • Experience in a small business, real estate, medical, legal, construction, or professional office environment is a plus
  • Experience overseeing vendors, contractors, or virtual assistants is helpful
  • Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Help manage day-to-day operational projects and move priorities across the brokerage
  • Ensure deadlines, communication, and follow-through are maintained across internal initiatives
  • Assist leadership with operational execution and time-sensitive requests
  • Support onboarding and training coordination for new agents
  • Help organize internal systems, workflows, and communication processes
  • Coordinate internal meetings, recruiting events, and occasional company events
  • Review marketing and communication materials for professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Coordinate with virtual assistants and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time
  • Provide clear feedback and direction when revisions or corrections are needed
  • Assist with internal communications, announcements, presentations, and company initiatives
  • Help maintain the elevated standards associated with the Amanda Howard brand
  • Work within platforms such as Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Follow Up Boss, and other brokerage systems
  • Pull reports, assist with light system management, and help agents navigate company tools when needed
  • Utilize AI tools and evolving technology platforms to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and operational processes
