As an Operations and Client Services Coordinator , you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the operations team, private client group, and client services teams. This important role will coordinate the data entry necessary to facilitate the smooth and timely processing of work between these teams and ensure that both operations and client facing teams are working in harmony. Included within this role will be managing new and existing accounts, including but not limited to, account opening, funding, and ongoing maintenance. This position is the point of contact for requests and issue resolution and entails significant communication via phone, email, and other electronic media. Extreme professionalism is required at all times. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team-oriented, and possesses the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is an onsite position in San Diego embedded on the private client group and client services desk with direct coordination with the operations team and will provide real world experience into the daily responsibilities of those groups.
