You will provide operational support to the Marine Corps current operations watch team as they coordinate, plan, and execute global operations. Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting military operations
Experience in high tempo or 24/7 operations centers
Experience in analysis, including in readiness, maintenance, and supply data
Experience coordinating with multiple organizations to ensure mission success and tracking
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a service-level operations center
Experience managing complex schedules
Experience with current operations planning, coordination, and tracking of global events
Experience briefing senior leaders
Experience working in a chaotic and stressful team environment
Knowledge of the Marine Corps organizational structure
Knowledge of DoW readiness, global force management, and DoW reporting systems
Bachelor's degree
