About The Position

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst within the Operations Department, you will lead small to medium-sized transformation initiatives with a primary focus on change management, process reengineering, automation, and AI adoption across Global Markets Operations. This role requires strong project management, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills, working closely with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, and other functional partners. Reporting to the Head of US Global Markets Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational transformation initiatives that improve productivity, strengthen controls, reduce operational risk, and support business growth. You will partner with Operations, Technology, and the Global Markets AI Team to identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption. The role will be responsible for assessing business value, developing business cases, defining requirements, overseeing delivery, and ensuring successful adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience identifying, designing and implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation or intelligent document processing solutions within financial services
5-7 year of relevant Project Management or Business Analyst experience; driving processing efficiencies across Operations teams required
Experience working with various Broker/Dealer/Derivative products including Equities, Bonds, Treasuries, ABS, MBS, Securitized Products, Repos/Reverse Repo, Stock Borrow/Loan
Ability to present well and communicate clearly
Ability to work across departments including IT, Operations, Finance and various front and back-offices teams
A structured and logical approach to work with evidence of strong problem-solving skills
A creative and innovative approach to work
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and deliver process improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity, efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness across Global Markets Operations
Manage BAU line change BOW within the Operations Department
Drive the identification, prioritization, and adoption of AI use cases across Global Markets Operations, ensuring measurable productivity improvements and alignment with enterprise AI governance standards.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled and automation-related change initiatives, from ideation and proof of concept through production deployment and business adoption.
Partner closely with Operations, Technology, the Operations Change Management team, and the Global Markets AI Team to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
Assess business requirements, develop business cases, and quantify expected benefits associated with transformation initiatives.
Ensure solutions are designed and implemented in compliance with enterprise governance, model risk management, data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.
Develop target operating models, procedures, controls, and monitoring frameworks to support sustainable implementation of new technologies and processes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, document current-state and future-state processes, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with Operations leadership and Technology teams to define solution approaches, requirements, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Measure and report productivity gains, cost efficiencies, and operational risk reductions resulting from completed initiatives.
Oversee the creation and approval of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, testing plans, and user acceptance testing documentation.
Prepare executive-level presentations and status updates for senior management and governance committees
