About The Position

This role involves analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns for operational improvements and compliance. The position requires gathering and interpreting data to address operational challenges and support decision-making, while ensuring secure and stable application development. Key responsibilities include creating management dashboards to highlight metrics for strategic planning and performance monitoring, delivering end-to-end data solutions and process automations, and developing/deploying AI and ML models for process automation, improved decision-making, and predictive insights. The role also includes monitoring low-code and no-code automation in test and production environments, collaborating with stakeholders on OKRs to realize benefits from operational automation, and conducting requirement analysis and quality assurance for application releases and test environments. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with US tax regulations in documentation is also a critical aspect of this position.

Requirements

• 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as Operations Automation Lead, Business Analysis Manager, System Analyst, Delivery Module Lead, Delivery Software Engineer, Process Associate, or related occupation.
• Seven (7) years of experience with analyzing requirements and quality assurance for completeness, coverage, correctness, and testability.
• Six (6) years of experience with analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Six (6) years of experience providing data-driven insights to support initiatives.
• Six (6) years of experience analyzing business processes, events, and flows.
• Any amount of experience with streamlining data preparation, data blending, and advanced analytics to automate workflows using tools including Alteryx.
• Any amount of experience transforming processed data into interactive dashboards and reports using tools including Tableau.
• Any amount of experience interpreting and presenting datasets to facilitate strategic planning and performance monitoring using python libraries including Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Any amount of experience performing data analytics, data cleaning, manipulation, and statistical analysis using Python through libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scipy.
• Any amount of experience developing and deploying AI models to automate processes and provide predictive insights.
• Any amount of experience identifying stakeholders and OKRs, KPIs, and metrics.
• Any amount of experience performing document data extraction of information from documents such as PDFs, emails, contracts, or reports by leveraging natural language processing.
• Any amount of experience modeling, executing, and automating business decision logic using DMN drools framework.
• Any amount of experience designing, testing, and validating DMN decision models using BPMN tools including Signavio.
• Any amount of experience creating of automated test scripts that simulate user interactions, validating application functionality, and evaluating software quality using scripting language and frameworks including JavaScript, Gherkin, and Selenium.
• Any amount of experience building test plans, timeline charts, progress, and status reports.
• Any amount of experience identifying defects and deviations from original requirements and finding solutions.
• Any amount of experience conducting root cause analysis and assessing key blockers.
• Any amount of experience translating US tax regulations and compliance requirements into intelligent automation solutions.
• Any amount of experience developing dashboards to monitor compliance and identify potential risks.
• Any amount of experience streamlining documentation processes with Tax Operations, verifying that tax forms collected from clients contain all required information in accordance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
