Requirements
- Knowledge on battery product and equipment, policies and procedures is significant.
- Experience with safe forklift driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant.
- Reliable, organized and personable with great phone/people skills.

- May perform occasional deliveries to support the customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacement of batteries of all sizes.
- Determining and recommending which products or services best fit the customers' needs, which may require driving to customer destination (field service).
- Performing light, preventative maintenance, automotive mechanic work.
- Safely recovering used batteries.
- Performing warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance.
- Recording the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions.
- Performing occasional deliveries to support the customer relationship.
- Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services.
- Creating and maintaining promoters (raving fans) of clients.
- Obtaining referrals from customers and successfully generating leads.
- Educating customers on products promoted monthly.
- Identifying helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.
- Assisting retail customers and performing battery installations.
- Loading and offloading vehicles.
- Preparing shipments.
- Ensuring the warehouse is orderly, safe, and clean.
- Labeling products.
- Performing battery charging and reconditioning.
- Performing inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all inventory transactions.
