About The Position

The Operations Auditor Dispatch is responsible for ensuring that the dispatch of merchandise to customers is carried out accurately, safely, and in accordance with the operational, quality, and safety standards established by the Company. This role is responsible for auditing the picking, loading, and unloading of finished product, validating quantities, product conditions, documentation, and efficient use of cargo space, ensuring compliance with safety, QA/QC procedures, and customer requirements. This role is key to protecting product integrity, dispatch reliability, and the effective continuity of warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Fourth Year).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic knowledge related to warehouse operations.
  • Applicable licenses, training, and certifications for the role.
  • Knowledge and compliance with safety, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Ability and experience to operate a forklift.
  • Valid Health Certificate, in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  • Availability to work in different areas and conditions of the warehouse.
  • Availability to work different shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Fill the necessary spaces of the “pick area” (location assigned to specific product) with the required merchandise.
  • Fill the roller “pick area” spaces with boxes.
  • Use an Order Picker forklift to search for merchandise from storage areas and refill the roller “pick areas”.
  • Supply dispatch locations with reserve inventory according to FEFO (first expired, first out).
  • Rotate merchandise in “picking” to ensure FEFO.
  • Process “damage” and take it to the designated area.
  • Execute travel reconciliation tasks according to priority.
  • Keep reserve merchandise properly organized and identified with its corresponding CID.
  • Redistribute lost merchandise to its correct locations.
  • Keep assigned warehouse and picking areas clean and organized.
  • Comply with the assigned work schedule and attendance policy.
  • Support in other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor, according to the daily needs of the operation and the department.
