About The Position

The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting daily retail store and warehouse operations. This position typically operates within a small team and requires versatility across a wide range of responsibilities. This person will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 80 lbs or more safely.
Valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.

Responsibilities

Operate as a cashier, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash drawer integrity.
Receive and process returns, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Perform cycle counting and assist with inventory accuracy.
Provide exceptional service, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
On occasion this person will drive Non-CDL company trucks (multi-axle, half-ton to full-ton) for customer deliveries.
Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and warehouse.
Cutting keys and cut as needed as well as mixing paint.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.

Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
