Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). Hightower's Business Service & Operations team supports Advisory teams through the creation, maintenance, and closure of custodian accounts and client agreements, while supporting advisory billing and agreement amendment processes. Reporting to the Manager of Client Agreement Operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our advisor practice integration activities, while supporting day-to-day operations as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring standard documentation practices are followed, executing standard operational processes, and implementing quality control measures throughout Hightower operations. You will support the data aggregation and loading of client agreement documentation and attributes into our Salesforce system for onboarding practices, ensuring quality and data accuracy throughout the process.
