As an Operations Associate, reporting to the Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the store and maintain a strong store vibe. You will manage the stockroom, oversee inventory movement, process shipments, and ensure the sales floor is consistently stocked and visually appealing. Your duties will extend to handling E-comm orders and markdowns, all contributing to a seamless customer experience that encourages repeat business. Essentially, you are the backbone of the store's operational success.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset
• Social media skills
• Tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
