Requirements
- High school diploma
- 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
- Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
- Proactive team player who takes ownership
- Customer-first mindset
- Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Nice To Haves
- Fashion-related stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
Responsibilities
- Own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, and process shipments.
- Ensure the sales floor stays full and fresh.
- Handle E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations for team success.
