About The Position

The Operations Associate reports to the Store Manager and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The role owns the stockroom, moves inventory, processes shipments, and keeps the sales floor stocked and fresh. Responsibilities also include handling e-commerce orders and markdowns to support a seamless customer experience and the store team’s success.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
