About The Position

Endeavor is building the operating system for point-of-sale patient financing—helping dental practices and DSOs increase treatment acceptance, streamline approvals, and deliver transparent, accessible financing options to every patient. Our platform combines intelligent workflows, lender orchestration, and AI-driven insights to create a seamless experience for practices and life-changing outcomes for patients. Significant Impact : You'll play a central role in scaling our presence across dental practices nationwide, directly contributing to practice growth and improved patient access. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in project management, or client onboarding role—preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech
  • Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences; experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a big plus
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems, caring for client success, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborative in nature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Endeavor financing platform in dental practices—from kickoff to go-live, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to develop project plans, define milestones, assign tasks, and ensure alignment on timelines and objectives—mirroring the scope seen in typical implementation manager roles
  • Serve as the trusted liaison to dental practices: gather business requirements, customize onboarding and workflows, train practice staff, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, share best practices, and accelerate time‑to‑value for practices.
  • Monitor go-live performance and collect feedback—delivering insights that feed into product enhancements.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged and informed with regular status reports, dashboards, and success metrics.
