About The Position

Mindcolor Autism was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families impacted by autism. We have four founding principles: client-centric service, best-in-class team, culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy. We take pride in the quality, not quantity, of our service, measured through the success of our families, children, and team. The Operations Associate (OA) serves as the first point of contact for the center and is primarily responsible for supporting the clinical team with administrative, scheduling, and daily operational duties. Key responsibilities include managing the daily schedule to balance staff and client needs, maintaining center inventory and supporting budget requirements, and handling essential communication with team members, caregivers, and vendors. The OA also plays a crucial role in maintaining center facilities and safety, performing opening and closing duties, coordinating emergency preparedness, and supporting crisis management. The Operations Associate will support the clinical team in scheduling, administrative, and daily operational duties at the center, inclusive of the below.
