Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related)
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Nice To Haves

• Fashion-related stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh.
• Handle E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
