Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and maintains a strong atmosphere. This role involves managing the stockroom, overseeing inventory movement, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently stocked and visually appealing. The Operations Associate will also handle tasks such as processing E-comm orders and markdowns, contributing to a seamless customer experience that encourages repeat business. Essentially, this role is crucial for the behind-the-scenes operations that ensure the team's success.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
