About The Position

The Operations Associate is responsible for keeping the store operating smoothly by managing the stockroom, maintaining inventory flow, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is stocked and current. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, contributing to a seamless customer experience and the store team’s success. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
