Operations Associate

Poseidon AerospaceSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Poseidon Aerospace is reimagining how the world moves goods. We build and operate full-size autonomous cargo aircraft; Heron, a seaplane, and Egret, a STOL aircraft; each capable of carrying two tons of payload over a thousand nautical miles. From remote communities to contested logistics operations, our platforms unlock a new cost curve for air freight, making it faster, cheaper, and accessible anywhere it's needed. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with locations in Washington DC, Oregon, and Maine; we're building something consequential. Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
