About The Position

ReLogic Research is seeking an organized, motivated Operations Associate to support business operations at an AS9100D-certified small business serving the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Missile Defense Agency. The role provides broad exposure to defense contracting operations across purchasing, quality management, and proposal activities, with opportunities to develop into a specialized role.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or business support role, or equivalent education and experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Genuine interest in learning defense business operations across multiple functional areas.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with purchasing, procurement, or supply chain processes.
Exposure to quality management systems or ISO/AS9100 standards.
Experience supporting proposals, contracts, or government procurement processes.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Assist with purchase order processing, supplier communications, and procurement record keeping.
Maintain quality management system documentation and records, track corrective actions, and support audit preparation.
Organize proposal materials, track submission deadlines, and coordinate inputs from technical teams.
Maintain accurate, organized records across purchasing, quality, and business development functions.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support operations leadership with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
