About The Position

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 1st Shift Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Technical - knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Computer - Ability to perform data entry tasks, communicate through email, knowledge of Excel, ERP systems like SAP.
• Behavioral – Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn new things, dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance is the type of individual who thrives in our environment.
• HS Diploma/GED Required
• One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.
• Physical – Requires manual lifting of up to 40 lbs. when needed, regularly required to stand, kneel, or crouch, sit, walk and on occasion climb or balance, ability to wear respirator intermittently, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean)
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)
