About The Position

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure the success of our operations within the location. This is a 6-month contract role. We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred
• 1 year in similar role
• Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract
• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience
• Bilingualism in concerned provinces
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers
• Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading
• Service and maintain customer equipment (including, but not limited to, coffee station setups)
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
• Provide assistance as needed to the operations team
• Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager
