About The Position

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure the success of our operations within the location. The role is responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery, and technical teams. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position where you can build a career.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred
• 1 year in a similar role
• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience
• Bilingualism in concerned provinces
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers
• Assist with warehouse duties: receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
• Service and maintain customer equipment
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
• Install machines at customer locations
• Provide assistance as needed to the operations team
• Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager
