About The Position

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations function of the branch. A. M. Requirements

Basic math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills with strong data entry knowledge
Good organizational abilities
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

One year of production scheduling in a warehouse environment
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate records for operations by managing/updating electronic records and filing.
Verifies correct location of inventory in rack system and floor.
Maintains the production schedule utilizing the control board of sales orders to ensure order allocations are maintained.
Assists with packing/shipping/routing correspondence and materials.
Gathers and organizes information for reports.
Assists in training new employees as requested.
Performs other administrative work as assigned.
