We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing merchandise, processing corporate directives, maintaining store appearance, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, maintaining records, and ensuring the store adheres to company standards and policies. A key aspect of this role is fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both customers and associates, while also supervising, training, and developing the store team.
