About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an Operations and Warehouse Supervisor. This position is ONSITE Monday -Friday 3:00pm-12:00am at our El Paso TX Eaton location. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing second shift activities across both production and warehouse operations. This role provides direct supervision of hourly employees, ensures the safe and efficient execution of daily operations, and supports plant objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. The supervisor creates an environment in which employees are involved, accountable, and motivated, while driving continuous improvement through Eaton Business System (EBS) principles. This position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure operational priorities are met, resources are effectively utilized, and a strong safety and zero-incident culture is maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience (people management).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or related operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am.
  • Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the El Paso TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting.
  • Background in continuous improvement / Lean / EBS principles.
  • Prior experience supporting both production and material flow operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare new employee orientation materials and set up conference rooms for orientation (e.g., orientation books & I-9 verification).
  • Lead and supervise second shift production and warehouse teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
  • Promote and enforce MESH/safety policies, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and supporting a zero-incident culture.
  • Assign daily workloads, balance labor resources, and adjust priorities based on operational needs.
  • Monitor and improve departmental processes to maximize efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, standard work, and problem-solving activities.
  • Communicate clear expectations, goals, and performance feedback to employees; ensure accountability for results.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR) to support plant objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records related to attendance, payroll, overtime, training, and corrective actions.
  • Coach, train, and develop employees to enhance skills, engagement, and readiness for future opportunities.
  • Support inventory control, material flow, shipping/receiving, and production scheduling as required.
  • Participate in daily tier meetings and lead shift communication to discuss safety, performance, issues, and business updates.
  • Monitor compliance with standard work instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
