The Operations and Technical Advisor for the Louisiana APEX Accelerator (LA APEX) is responsible for the daily administration and operations of the LA APEX headquarters located at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette LITE Center. This role coordinates office operations, manages travel arrangements, oversees inventory control, and serves as the primary point of contact for LA APEX while supporting technical assistance to Louisiana businesses seeking government contracting opportunities. This position reports to the LA APEX Program Manager. The duties outlined below are considered essential functions of the position. They are fundamental job responsibilities that the employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, in order to meet the requirements of the role.
