About The Position

Threat Tec is seeking an Operations and Requirements Planner to support the One World Terrain (OWT) line of effort at the U.S. Army Future Training Directorate (FTD) in Orlando, Florida. The role advises on program objectives and long-range plans, coordinates technology and requirements across Army commands, and supports development of DOTMLPF solutions for the Army's common terrain capability. Responsibilities also include administrative, program-support, and personnel-services duties, as well as helping manage multi-organization, cross-functional events. The role may require working with Top Secret information.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance, active at the start of employment.
• Master's degree in a related field and 25 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with JCIDS, Army acquisition, and requirements development.
• Experience coordinating across Army Commands and Centers of Excellence.
• Strong planning, briefing, and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

• SCI eligibility.
• Experience with One World Terrain, geospatial data, or the Synthetic Training Environment.
• Capability developer training, such as the 7Y Capability Development course.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and advise on program objectives, long-range plans, and required resources.
• Manage administrative, program-support, and personnel-services duties for the line of effort.
• Help manage multi-organization, cross-functional events.
• Participate in creating, refining, and coordinating technology across multiple commands and Army Commands within JCIDS and Army acquisition processes.
• Coordinate with Army Centers of Excellence on DOTMLPF solution recommendations.
• Work with Top Secret information as required.
