Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and/or operations management.
Proven experience managing teams in a labour-intensive environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent planning, organisational, and coordination abilities.
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Good financial acumen with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
A hands-on management style with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Reliable, accountable, and dependable.
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience within the sanitation, construction, or equipment rental industry will be advantageous.
Knowledge of fleet and route management systems will be advantageous.
