About The Position

Rivet Operations Company is seeking an Operations and Administrative Specialist to support MacDill Air Force Base in training readiness integration and governance. The Operations and Administrative Specialist (Senior) provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the S-TRIG team, ensuring effective coordination, documentation management, and reporting throughout contract execution. Maintains calendars, tracks milestones, consolidates stakeholder input, and ensures required products are submitted on schedule.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of applied use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with administrative support in a DoD or government environment
  • Knowledge of operational, physical, information, and personnel security
  • Experience with document management, scheduling, and coordination
  • Familiarity with secure facility operations and visitor access control procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, (Outlook Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position.
  • Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal efforts with individual components and ensure plans are current
  • Track and consolidate taskers by deadline and submission dates
  • Synchronize future operations and current operations; track battle rhythm events
  • Provide quality control (QA/QC) of all products intended for leadership
  • Support the submission of daily operational products and reports
  • Provide administrative support to special projects assigned to the operations section
  • Maintain classified access control of secure areas including opening/closing responsibilities
  • Process meeting requests and maintain accurate logs of all visitors to secure spaces
  • Personnel must be available for CONUS and OCONUS travel to support training and readiness events.
