About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking an Operations Analytics Manager to join their Operations Team at their corporate office in Denver, CO. This role will address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting. The manager will collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities also include assisting in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, long-term strategic planning, and managing monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Real Estate.
  • Experience in various coding languages, VBA, Python, or other platforms.
