Operations Analytics Manager
About The Position
We are hiring an Operations Analytics Manager to join our Operations Team in our corporate office in Denver, CO. This role will address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams within the organization including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making. This position will also assist in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning. A key responsibility includes managing monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Real Estate not required.
- Experience in various coding languages, VBA, Python, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.
Responsibilities
