The Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring schedules in the EMR database, implementing provider schedules, processing appointment changes, ensuring timely distribution of reschedules, sending broadcast messages for operational interruptions, collaborating on interpreter services, entering and distributing data on auditing reports, assessing scheduling software for inconsistencies, creating and editing provider coverage schedules, monitoring and assigning canceled appointments, completing EMR reminder tasks, processing night calls, assisting with provider call outs, coordinating student rotations, organizing and troubleshooting rotation schedules, assisting with master provider schedule changes, applying EMR parameters for office/provider changes, updating documents for schedule changes, running provider transition reports, and working on special projects.
