About The Position

Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team at their corporate office in Eugene, OR. This role involves analyzing data to provide meaningful insights for leadership, building reports, models, and budgets to drive business success, and collaborating across departments to support day-to-day operations and special projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-year degree with relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, V/XLookup), Power Query and data entry skills.
  • SQL skills for data extraction, joining and preparation are preferred.
  • Design and management of AWS QuickSight analyses & dashboards.
  • Design and management of Power BI analyses & dashboards.
  • Template design and data conversion experience with Monarch or Import Wizard preferred.
  • Understanding of financial and operating systems, including interpreting financial statements.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Above average time & task organizational skills.
  • Capability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight on an as-needed basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Accounting, Business or related degrees preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Producing a wide range of reports and models for management teams.
  • Preparing budgets.
  • Assisting store members.
  • Establishing and maintaining best practice procedures.
  • Problem-solving, analyzing data, and developing creative solutions to problems.
