About The Position

ZILO is establishing a regulated digital transfer agency service for tokenised funds. The service maintains the register and legal record of title across the United States, Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Day-to-day processing is delivered from ZILO’s centralised UK operations hub, serving registered entities in each jurisdiction. These founding roles will help establish the service’s processes, controls and evidence standards. The Operations Analyst is the in-jurisdiction processing role for the US line, completing processing in conjunction with UK hub analysts and working US hours, with a focus on periods the hub cannot cover. The role is hands-on from day one. Initially, the fund serves institutional investors on a single daily NAV, with modest volumes and an emphasis on accuracy, evidence and exception handling. The role performs operational work that supports the obligations of ZILO US as the registered transfer agent, producing evidence that demonstrates compliance. The work is subject to applicable transfer-agent regulations and the platform’s maker-checker controls.

  • Comfort working in a distributed team across time zones, with clear handover discipline.
  • Clear written English sufficient to produce records that can serve as regulatory evidence.
  • Eligibility for fingerprinting and submission for an FBI criminal history record check through an approved channeler under Rule 17f-2; this is a condition of appointment.

  • Run and evidence daily three-way reconciliation, investigate breaks and escalate anything other than a clean timing difference.
  • Reconcile mint and burn activity against instructed dealing and the register.
  • Complete documented handovers with the UK operations hub at both ends of the US day, preserving evidence for open items.
  • Act as named cover for UK hub analysts on the US line and rely on them as named cover for this role during planned or unplanned absence.
