Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • >10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office

Responsibilities

  • As Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage taskers and staffing packets.
  • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications.
  • Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).
  • Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).
  • Archive Operations functional documents and information.
  • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.
  • Plan and manage facility requirements.
  • Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.
