About The Position

Accredo is currently seeking an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for collaborating with the Resource Management Team, Site Directors and Managers to execute the daily and weekly strategies based on forecasted volumes, offline needs, attendance, and any other business obligations we need to fulfill. We provide a balanced and level loaded skilling plan based upon demand and capacity analysis. This position monitors systems and metrics throughout the day and makes changes to queue resource allocations to ensure service level. Delivers professional activities in the Operations Management job family with a focus on Business Operations. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analysis for review. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function. May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting. Is responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and document related to business operations. May gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Business Operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 5+ years of planning, forecasting, or command center work experience is highly preferred
  • 1+ year experience in a production environment
  • Excel proficient. Ability to perform V look ups, pivot tables, graphs, Macros, etc. to create reports is required.
  • Experience in resource management / workforce planning preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; experience with Care Central and/or RX Home systems and tools
  • Knowledge of PARCM systems and platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of PARCM’s processes and procedures.
  • Excellent phone, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of PBM industry/Managed care industry preferred.
  • Expertise at writing SQL scripts to pull relevant data from Care Central and Rx Home is a plus.
  • Knowledge to update workflows and existing forms in SharePoint is a plus.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staffing levels throughout the day and assess the need for skilling changes.
  • Maintain employee profiles and reallocate resources to accommodate different types of work.
  • Monitor compliance to manufacturer specific performance guarantees, adjust skilling accordingly and notify management of problems as soon as possible.
  • Provide various reports multiple times a day to management and stakeholders on trends, volume, productivity, quality, service levels, etc.
  • Run ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Communicate performance and scheduling updates at Daily Production Meetings.
  • Respond to incoming schedule requests
  • Complete necessary paperwork for access for new or transferring employees.
  • Respond to incoming analysis requests.
  • Run existing SQL queries and modify them as per need.
  • Create Excel templates to run reports.
  • Create Excel dashboards.
  • Update workflows and existing forms in SharePoint.
  • Update data repository that feeds Tableau dashboards.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
