In this role you will serve as a centralized operations partner for the Growth team, helping bring consistency, visibility, and structure across tools, reporting, and shared processes. This role focuses on day‑to‑day operational support, systems management, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in operations, program coordination, analytics, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience organizing large volumes of information in shared digital environments.
  • Comfort working with operational data, reports, and multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, reliable, and solutions‑oriented working style.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Asana is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central operational resource supporting Business Development, Growth, and Solutions teams across regions.
  • Own and maintain shared tools and systems such as Salesforce, Asana, and centralized inboxes.
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to shared inboxes, escalating or routing items as needed.
  • Support centralized reporting by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using existing and evolving data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across systems and shared folders.
  • Identify inconsistencies or inefficiencies across teams and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
  • Build and maintain well‑structured SharePoint, Teams, and shared file environments that are easy for others to use.
  • Balance routine operational tasks with problem‑solving and process improvement work.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly about work, findings, and recommendations.
