About The Position

KBR seeks to hire an operations analyst for the Launched Effects Products Office. Candidate will perform a wide range of operations management duties and responsibilities in support of the Product Manager and Deputy Product Manager, as well as Assistant Product Managers and supervisors. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy. Candidate must possess proven skill sets required to coordinate the activities of an executive office and must be a self-starter that can perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, and 10 years of experience (HS Diploma and 18 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree).
  • Candidates must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Prior experience using Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and Defense Travel System (DTS).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and provides recommendations on operational requirements and product management for the Product Office (PO).
  • Manage internal and external taskings, including analysis, processing, assignment of responsible action personnel, and tracking related workflows to completion using the Army’s Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Maintain situational awareness of all product office on-going actions with external stakeholders and ensure PO managers and leadership are aware and briefed on pending actions and due dates.
  • Attend meetings with leadership, transcribe notes, record action items, and ensure the timely fulfillment of post-meeting actions.
  • Develop and review product management and acquisition pathway documentation, briefings, white papers, and responses to inquiries, including correspondence, briefings, and responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the PO weekly Significant Activities reporting and providing high-level updates of accomplishments, upcoming events, and action items.
  • Provide routine reports for task orders from internal and external personnel, entities, organizations, and higher echelons.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings.
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Facilitate upward and downward communication and integration within the PO and with external organizations and stakeholders.
  • Conduct recurring organizational meetings, routine task reviews, and working group meetings, with senior leadership to plan and synchronize operations, transcribe notes, record action items, and ensure the timely fulfillment of post-meeting actions.
  • Manage operational schedule synchronization between headquarters, parent, and subordinate organizations.
  • Represent LE stakeholders in acquisition operations coordination and execution.
  • Prepare written correspondence in accordance with the AR 25-50 using the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Prepare or edits directives, issuances, memoranda, policy statements, taskings, and other written guidelines.
  • Review documents for omissions and inconsistencies and ensure data is complete and accurate.
  • Manage product office document production, review, and quality control processes, including uploading files using Microsoft SharePoint, collaboration, synchronization, tracking changes, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare travel arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS), making travel, lodging, and rental car bookings.
  • Prepare travel book with agenda.
  • Coordinate Country and Theater Clearances for Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) travel using Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System.
  • Prepare and maintain working copies of LE acquisition documentation, briefings packets, meeting charts, and similar products to ensure consistent messaging, format, and content.
  • Coordinate and develop briefings and other products for external use to ensure the message and content are consistent with LE objectives.
  • Process requests for information and queries for product office data and coordinate with the appropriate office to fulfill the request.
  • Effectively communicate important and pressing matters to Government leadership and execute directed resolutions.
  • Coordinate facilities and resources to conduct briefings or other collaboration activities (e.g. conference facilities, teleconference, video teleconference, digital presentation, room preparation, etc.).
  • Coordinate, set-up, and execute off-site/team building activities and organizational events.
  • Conduct quality control review of written correspondence and briefing documentation.
  • Maintain and organize the Product Manager’s and Deputy Product Manager’s calendar, meeting coordination, and appointments to ensure they are prepared for any meetings.
  • Coordinate personnel in/out processing actions with Acquisition Operations Division using Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Provide Automated Time Attendance and Production Systems (ATAAPS) support for Core Civilian personnel.
  • Receive and direct visitors.
  • Maintain office supply inventories.
