About The Position

GetWireless is a leading Value-Added Distributor of cellular solutions that connect the Internet of Things. By supporting a strong portfolio of embedded modules, end-device modems, intelligent gateways, and signal boosters, GetWireless is able to supply the most advantageous cellular solution for each new IoT application.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team at GetWireless in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The Operations Analyst will support the Operations group to ensure efficiency in tools and processes that effectively and harmoniously maintain operational productivity throughout the Company. The Operations Analyst performs many tasks that contribute to the overall day-to-day operation of the Company. These include but are not limited to; ad-hoc reporting, system usage and troubleshooting, training, product management, and working with various departments to improve processes and provide useful insight to Executives. Collaborating with various inter-office departments is critical to the role; making it essential the BOA has excellent communication skills. They should also be able to lead and motivate individuals to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Business Operations Associate should be comfortable working independently and within multiple group settings to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• S. degree in Business Administration/Management or relevant field
• Solid 3-5 years of work experience on an Operations team
• Demonstrated ability to lead others and provide direction
• Hands-on experience working with CRM software tools and MS Excel
• Working knowledge and background with a technical product line, aptitude in IP networking, and wireless data technologies
• Proven success working with clients and vendors to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Show a complete understanding of the quotation to shipment process
• Perform operational processes, identify problems, and implement improvements to any processes to increase efficiency
• Be a power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O platforms and set expectations to various teams to ensure accurate data is reflected within the systems
• Educate and train staff on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O platforms
• Serve as an escalation point for questions and situations involving GetWireless systems
• Assist with Vendor Partner Program audits or reconciliation
• Serve as the communication point for the Operations team for ad hoc projects and provide feedback when requests require clarification
• Collaborate with other team members to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors as needed to support Operational initiatives
